Q: How promptly will my order be processed?
You should receive your custom-roasted beans in four to six days. We roast, package and ship within 48 hours from when you email your order. (Give us an extra a day if you order over the weekend.) Drake’s ships via USPS Priority Mail. We’ve found that Ohio and Michigan orders usually arrive in one or two days, other states take three or four. Extra bonus: USPS Priority does service P.O. boxes.

We roast your order within 48 hours from when we receive it; we package and ship immediately after the beans are dropped from the roaster.

Q: Will you accept my order over the telephone?
Certainly. Call 419.882.0087, Monday through Saturday, 11 am-6pm (est).

Q: Can I submit an order via Drake’s website and pick up my order at BikeWorks?
Yes, that’s a simple option for fast service. We will reply to your emailed order to tell you when your order will be ready. Normal turn around time is 48 hours or so.

Q: Will you consider selling wholesale?
We have select wholesale accounts and certainly would discuss your needs. Please call us at 419.882.0087.

Q: I like things to be orderly. May I arrange to have Drake’s Coffee arrive at my door on a set schedule?
Certainly and it’s very simple. All you have to do is tell us what bean you prefer and when to ship. Initially, we will establish your account with a credit card on file and bill with each shipment. If you need to skip a shipment we would ask that you contact us within three days of your next scheduled delivery. Call us at 419.882.0087 to set up your account and delivery schedule.

Q: Where will you ship?
Anywhere, actually. For shipping outside of the USA, call for transit time and pricing.

Q: What is Drake’s Guarantee?
We at Drake’s endeavour to give satisfaction. We are dedicated to excellent coffee roasting and
want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason Drake’s did not meet your expectations or
disappointed you in any way

Q. How do I pay and what are my payment options?
Your credit card security is our primary concern.

Email Orders. When you email Drake’s Coffee your order one of us will contact you via phone for your credit card information; it is your option to leave your credit card information on file with us for future orders.

Phone Orders. When ordering via the telephone please have your credit card information ready; Drake’s will efficiently answer your questions, and take your order and shipping information.

Pick-Up Orders. Pick-up orders have all the payment options; cash, check or credit card.
