Drake's Roasting is proud to announce another award winning estate coffee from The Best of Panama 2007 auction held this past May - Panama Maunier Estate Coffee. With out a doubt Panama is/has been producing world class coffee; the rich volcanic soil, high altitude, ideal consistent weather allows the grower perfect conditions. We roast this incredible bean just into the second crack; light city roast. There are no flaws in the cup that I can find; the taste is obvious floral notes; very well balanced; sweetness; pleasant throughout the temperature range. This is definitely a sit down/relax coffee.
